Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling: Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Same‑day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and will require a new deposit to rebook.
No‑shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service and will also require a new deposit to book another appointment.
Grace Period: There is a 10‑minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, you will be charged the full price of the service, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
